Azapro-3 is a synthetic, selective and reversible peptide inhibitor of proteinase 3 [1-2]. Competes competitively with enzyme substrate and is proteolytically stable. It does not inhibit neutrophil elastase, cathepsin G, chymotrypsin or granzyme B.
