Bioactivity Comments
We have mapped TOFA to both ACC1 and ACC2 as the assay in human MCF-7 cells will depend on the isozyme(s) expressed in these cells [1]. The IC50 value in the table below is calculated by using the IC50 of 4µg/ml provided in [1].
