Bioactivity Comments
Triciribine inhibits phosphorylation of Akt to basal levels at 100 μM, with an IC50 of 130nM [3]. This was measured in intact cells so does not provide details of Akt isozyme specificity. This compound inhibits phosphorylation of all three human AKT isoforms, but no inhibitory constant is provided [6].
