Comment: Synthetic radiolabelled peptide. The amino acid sequence of octreotide (FCFWKTCT) is modified by replacing the phenylalanine residue at position 3 with 3-naphthylalanine. The peptide is conjugated with DOTA (1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane- 1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid) and radiolabelled with indium (111I). The structure of the unlabelled form of this peptide is shown in the reference.
