Immunopharmacology Comments
IP3 kinase B (ITPKB) as an essential mediator of T cell activation, whose inhibition is considered a novel approach to treat autoimmune disease [1]. ITPKB inhibition blocks T-cell dependent antibody responses in vivo. GNF362 is a non-selective inhibitor of all three of the IP3 kinases in the family to which ITPKB belongs.
