Antibody Sp. Action Value Parameter Reference
anumigilimab Peptide Monkey Binding 9.3 pKd 3
pKd 9.3 (Kd 4.9x10-10 M) [3]
Description: Binding of immobilised antibody to cynomolgus monkey CSF3R
anumigilimab Peptide Primary target of this compound Hs Binding 8.9 pKd 3
pKd 8.9 (Kd 1.4x10-9 M) [3]
Description: Binding of immobilised antibody to hCSF3R
Immunopharmacology Comments
This nuclear receptor mediates the effects of the cytokine, colony stimulating factor 3 (CSF3). CSF3 regulates the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes.

Disease:  Severe congenital neutropenia
Description: Severe congenital neutropenia (SCN) is a heterogeneous disorder of hematopoiesis. The resulting subnormal neutrophil counts lead to early onset of severe bacterial infections. SCN can be caused by mutations in several genes including ELANE, GFI1, HAX1, G6PC3, VPS45, WASP and CSF3R. SCN1 is the commonest subtype and is caused by autosomal dominant inheritance of a defective ELANE gene.
