Type XVII RTKs: ROS receptors C

Unless otherwise stated all data on this page refer to the human proteins. Gene information is provided for human (Hs), mouse (Mm) and rat (Rn).

Overview

« Hide

The ROS1 gene encodes a receptor tyrosine kinase, whose endogenous substrate and normal physiological functions are not fully determined. Aberrant expression and mutated forms of ROS1 are drivers of malignant transformation in number of tumour types.
