Comment: CPS4 is a small peptide that binds to ACE2 [1], and that is able to block interaction of the receptor binding domain (RBD) of both SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2 spike proteins with ACE2. In a Vero E6 cell assay CPS4 reduces SARS-CoV-2 infection.
