Comment: Lasso was identified as a splice variant of rat teneurin 2 (UniProt ID: Q9R1K2) [1]. The length and sequence of this peptide was not specified by the reference describing it. This is now listed as variant Q9R1K2-3 by UniProt (2709 aa). Compared to the reference sequence, amino acids 605-669 are missing from Lasso D.
