Mechanism Of Action and Pharmacodynamic Effects
Neutralising LILRA4 is predicted to directly inhibit the activity and IFNα producing capacity of plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs). Figure 12 in US8084585 [1] shows that anti-ILT7 antibody induces complement dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) against targeted cells.
