Bioactivity Comments
Compound 5 inhibits growth of pancreatic cancer cell lines at IC50s of <1 nM [1]. Compound 26 from the same study inhibits GSK3β in a biochemical assay with an IC50 of 710 nM, and inhibits growth of pancreatic cancer cell lines at low nM concentrations in vitro.
