Bioactivity Comments
RN486 abolishes immune hypersensitivity responses and arthritis in vivo [2], a result which strengthens the evidence supporting the potential of BTK inhibitors as disease modifying drugs for rheumatiod arthritis and other autoimmune conditions.
Reported off-targets include Tec, Fgr, ITK, ABL1, YES, Lck and JAK1 [2].
