NanoLuc R3/I5 chimera   Click here for help

GtoPdb Ligand ID: 11465

 Ligand is labelled
Comment: This is a semi-synthetic derivative of relaxin/INSL5. It is a chimera of a synthetic relaxin-3 B-chain and a recombinant INSL5 A-chain (R3/I5) [3]. The R3/I5 peptide construct is conjugated with NanLuc to enable its use in bioluminescent ligand-receptor interaction assays [2].
