Comment NSD2 is a histone lysine methyltransferase enzyme. Its primary role is H3K36 dimethylation. Aberrant expression or function of NSD2 has been detected in hematological malignancies and solid tumours. It has therefore been proposed as a tractable oncology therapeutic target.
