« Hide

The enzymes in this subfamily of mono-ADP-ribosylating (MARylating) PARPs are encoded by 11 genes in humans. In published literature these enzymes may be referred to as 'mono-ARTs'. We have included here those enzymes for which small molecule modulators have been reported. Of note is the PARP7 (TIPARP) inhibitor atamparib (RBN2397) that is in clinical trial as an antineoplastic for solid tumours.
