Bioactivity Comments
PCC0208017 reduces proliferation in glioma cell lines, decreases Tau (a MARK substrate) phosphorylation, and induces G2/M phase cell cycle arrest. In a glioma xenograft model PCC0208017 was found to cross the blood-brain barrier and to produce an anti-tumour effect following oral administration.
