BAZ2-ICR is > 100-fold selective for the BAZ2A/B BRDs compared to those of other bromodomain-containing proteins. Notably the compound is only 15-fold selective for BAZ2A/B compared to CECR2 (cat eye syndrome chromosome region, candidate 2).
