Bioactivity Comments
GSK864 inhibits 2-hydroxyglutarate (2-HG) production by IDH1R132C mutant in vitro, with an EC50 of 320 nM [1]. The GSC reports IC50 values for GSK864 inhibition of several IDH1 mutants; R132C (9nM), R132H (15nM) and R132G (17nM) [2]. Wild type IDH1 does not produce 2-HG.
