Bioactivity Comments
GDC-0623 exhibits potent antiproliferative activity against HCT116 human colon cancer cells and A375 human melanoma cells (IC50s 51 and 4 nM respectively) [3]. It has minimal cytochrome P450 and hERG liabilities.
