Immunopharmacology Comments
Inhibition of SMS2 by compound 15w reduces chronic inflammation in diabetic (db/db) mice [1]. 15w significantly reduced expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-6, TNFα and IL-1β) in both liver and adipose tissues of these animals.
