In vitro capmatinib (INCB28060) inhibits c-MET activation and signaling in cancer cells whose growth is driven by the c-MET activated pathway [1], and releases cells from c-MET-induced resistance to apoptosis. In vivo, capmatinib potently inhibits tumour growth in c-MET-dependent mouse models [1].
