TH-302 potently inhibits cell proliferation in vitro, with an IC50 value of 19nM under hypoxic conditions, and 5100nM under normoxic conditions [2]. This shows that TH-302 is 270 times more active in hypoxic compared to normoxic conditions. Preclinical data is reported in [4].
