Bioactivity Comments
In vitro, VPC171 enhances A1R agonist ((R)-PIA)-induced ERK1/2 activation with a 2.4-fold positive cooperativity, and enhances [35S]GTPγS binding with a 6.9-fold positive cooperativity under the same conditions [2].
