Mechanism Of Action and Pharmacodynamic Effects
Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF or GCSF) is a cytokine that stimulates production of granulocytes and stem cells in bone marrow for release into the bloodstream. Despite this being an endogenous ligand we have been unable to find affinity data for this peptide at the G-CSF receptor (CSF3R). Therefore we have not tagged a primary target for this peptide drug.
