Comments
Dasotraline is a triple reuptake inhibitor [1,3]. Such compounds are also known as serotonin-norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitors, or SNDRIs. Structurally, dasotraline is a stereoisomer of an active metabolite of sertraline, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) antidepressant.
