Compound class:
Antibody
Comment: Rezorstobart (IMT-009; Immunitas Therapeutics) is an anti-CD161 (KLRB1) monoclonal antibody. It is designed to prevent receptor interaction with its ligand C-type lectin domain family 2 member D, to disinhibit natural killer cells and promote a T cell-mediated anti-tumour response. Peptide sequences for the heavy and light chains of rezorstobart are claimed as consensus sequences of Ab9 in Immunitas Therapeutics' patent US12215159 [5].
Ligand Activity Visualisation ChartsThese are box plot that provide a unique visualisation, summarising all the activity data for a ligand taken from ChEMBL and GtoPdb across multiple targets and species. Click on a plot to see the median, interquartile range, low and high data points. A value of zero indicates that no data are available. A separate chart is created for each target, and where possible the algorithm tries to merge ChEMBL and GtoPdb targets by matching them on name and UniProt accession, for each available species. However, please note that inconsistency in naming of targets may lead to data for the same target being reported across multiple charts. ✖ |

Summary of Clinical Use ![]() |
| Rezorstobart (IMT-009) was initially progressed to clinical evaluations (in combination with the pan-VEGFR inhibitor fruquintinib) to determine safety and efficacy as a treatment for advanced refractory cancers (solid and haematological). |
