Gene Expression and Pathophysiology Comments
Fusion to TFG, a target of chromosome translocations in lymphoma and soft tissue tumors in healthy donors [2-3].
General Comments
ADGRG7 (formerly GPR128) is an orphan receptor belonging to Family VIII Adhesion-GPCRs together with ADGRG1-6 [4]. Full coding sequence human cDNA is publicly available, IMAGE:7447864 [7] in the mammalian expression vector pCDNA3.1. It has two silent changes compared to the RefSeq and reference human genomic sequence and has the more common (K151) allele of known SNP rs1144122. Also IMAGE:8322503 [7] in pCR4-TOPO with reversed insert has the same K151 allele but without the two silent changes.

In lymphoma and soft tissue tumors, TFG fuses to ADGRG7. The downstream mechanism is not yet known [2].
