Bioactivity Comments
Rosaramicin has broad-spectrum antibacterial activity in vitro, with activity equal or superior to that of erythromycin against Gram-positive bacteria and improved activity against Gram-negative bacteria [5]. Rosaramicin analogues have been developed that have potent activity against the Gram-negative pathogen Pasteurella multocida [3].
