The MIC for in vitro antimycobacterial activity is ≤ 0.125 μg/ml against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv and 0.03-0.50 μg/ml against a panel of drug-sensitive and drug-resistant M. tuberculosis isolates [1]. In vitro activity is also observed against other mycobacterial species [2]. |
