| Via inhibition of GRK2 and the JAK/STAT signalling pathway, CP-25 reduces levels of inflammatory mediators and chemokines (e.g., IL-17A, IL-17F, IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-22, IL-23, CXCL2, CXCL3 and CXCL9). It has demonstrated anti-inflammatory action in rodent models of inflammatory diseases [1-5]. |
