Immunopharmacology Comments

LTA (TNFβ) is a lymphocyte produced cytokine of the tumor necrosis factor family. LTA mediates a large variety of inflammatory, immunostimulatory, and antiviral responses, and is required during embryonic development of lymphoid organs. Genetic variants are associated with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and psoriatic arthritis.
