The NIH's National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) has announced that CIS43 has advanced to clinical evaluation and this will be the first human trial of a mAb to prevent malaria. CIS43 is likely to be one of the antibodies claimed in patent WO2018148660A1 [1].
