General Comments |
TNFRSF19 protein, also known as JAC or TROY, has been implicated in the migratory potential of microglial cells in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) [2]. Propentofylline (PubChem CID 4938), a compound with central nervous system glial modulating, neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory actions reduces rodent model GBM growth in a JAC-dependent manner [1,3]. |
