Bioactivity Comments
A515-mediated degradation is ~13-fold selective for SMARCA2 (BRM) over the closely related paralog protein SMARCA4 (BRG1) in terms of DC50 [2]. DC50 for SMARCA2 is 0.06 nM and 0.71 nM for SMARCA4, in human SW1573 cells. Dmax (determined in Calu6 tumours at 24 hours) is 64% for SMARCA2, and 14% for SMARCA4 [2].
