Bioactivity Comments
SR1555-induced suppression of RORγ activity reduces Th17 cell proliferation and function, and increases regulatory T cell numbers [2]. Both of these mechanisms are likely to contribute to the anti-inflammatory effects of RORγ inverse agonists.
