Bioactivity Comments
Radezolid inhibits in vitro translaton by the 50S ribosomal subunit from Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213 with an IC50 of 20 nM, and it can overcome ribosome-based linezolid resistance [2]. MIC values for antibacterial activity of radezolid is reported in [1].
