Bioactivity Comments
HG-10-102-01 potently inhibits wild-type and mutant G2019S LRRK2 [2]. The compound effectively inhibits Ser910 and Ser935 phosphorylation of LRRK2 in mouse brain following intraperitoneal delivery.
