BRPF1/2/3 provide the scaffold for the formation of MYST complexes which play essential functions in DNA repair, recombination, replication and activation of transcription.

Bioactivity Comments
Binds to BRPF2 with a KD of 500 nM by isothermal titration calorimetry. OF-1 displays good seelctivity against other bromodomains, with the closest off-targets being BRD4 and TIF1a (tripartite motif containing 24).
