Bioactivity Comments
Pixatimod (PG545) simultaneously inhibits angiogenesis, tumour growth, and metastasis in preclinical testing [3]. PG545 potently binds HS-binding angiogenic growth factors such as FGF1 (Kd 8 nM) and VEGF (Kd 28.8 nM), and inhibits HUVEC cell proliferation in response to these growth factors.
