Rilpivirine monotherapay (Edurant®) is approved for treatment-naive patients with a viral load of <100,000 copies/mL. Rilpivirine is also a component of fixed-dose combination therapies: Complera®/Eviplera® (rilpivirine + emtricitabine + tenofovir disoproxil), Odefsey® ((rilpivirine + emtricitabine + tenofovir alafenamide).
