Bococizumab is being evaluated in various Phase 3 clinical trials, in different patient groups: In subjects intolerant to statins (NCT02135029), patients with heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (NCT01968980), primary hyperlipidemia or mixed dyslipidemia at risk of cardiovascular events (NCT02100514), and other groups at high risk from cardiovascular disease.
