Tirabrutinib (ONO-4059) has completed clinical trials in relapsed and refractory mature B-cell malignancies [1]. Tirabrutinib was approved in Japan in 2020, where it is indicated for chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML), including lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma, central nervous system lymphoma and Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia.
