Immunopharmacology Comments
Modulation of LTA4 hydrolase aminopeptidase (AP; anti-inflammatory) and epoxide hydrolase (EH; pro-inflammatory) activities are being considered as a mechanism for targeting LTA4 hydrolase in inflammatory conditions. 4-OMe-ARM1 activates LTA4 hydrolase AP activity, which leads to a dose-dependent reduction of LTB4 production by human neutrophils [1].
