Immunopharmacology Comments
ACT-777991 has demonstrated target engagement in a mouse model of acute lung inflammation [1]. It antagonises CXCR3 activation by its endogenous chemokine ligands CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11, and reduces migration of T cells towards CXCL11 in vitro.
