Comment: ABBV-3373 is a investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) in which a novel glucocorticoid receptor modulator payload is linked to the anti-TNαF antibody adalimumab [3]. It was designed to modulate TNF-mediated inflammatory pathways by delivering the glucocorticoid directly into activated immune cells that express membrane-bound TNFα, as a treatment for immune-mediated diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis.
