P. falciparum cyclin-dependent-like kinase CLK3 (PfCLK3) has been validated as an antimalarial target acting at multiple parasite life stages [1]. PfCLK3 is one of four members of the cyclin-dependent like protein kinase family (PfCLK1-4) with a key role in pre-RNA splicing and processing.
