Tissue Distribution Comments
Kv11.1, Kv11.2 and Kv11.3 are broadly expressed in the nervous system [9,12]. In the developing embryonic spinal cord, they regulate nascent spinal motor rhythms [3]. All are expressed in the adult brain in largely overlapping distributions and largely in neuron somata [4].
