Bioactivity Comments
In a reporter gene assay designed to measure transcriptional activity TAK-828F was >30000 fold selective for RORγt over RORα, and >5000 fold selective over RORβ. In vivo, TAK-828F robustly reduced IL-17 A and F, IL-22 and IL-23 receptor expression in the mouse IL-23-induced cytokine expression model, and effectively inhibited MOG-induced EAE in mice.
