Immunopharmacology Comments
Pharmacological inhibition of PDE8 with the selective inhibitor PF-04957325 regulates CD4+ T cell motility (by disrupting T effector cell adhesion and migration) through the PDE8A-Raf-1 kinase signaling complex [1]. This work suggests that PDE8 inhibitors, or PDE8A-Raf-1 kinase complex disruptors may hold potential value for the control of T cell-mediated inflammation.
