Immunopharmacology Comments
In preclinical experiments tubastatin A has shown immunosuppressive activity. For example it enhances murine Treg suppression and prolongs heart allograft survival in mice, and exhibits anti-arthritic efficacy in a collagen-induced arthritis mouse model [1].
